Biography

Filippo was born in Munich in 2005 and started studying the trumpet at the age of 6 under the guidance of Stefano Torboli. At the age of 9 he began the pre-academic course at the “Claudio Monteverdi” conservatory in Bolzano in the class of Marco Pierobon and Giancarlo Parodi. Since 2018 he has been attending the first level academic course in trumpet; at the same time he also started studying organ at the “Monteverdi” conservatory.

Alongside the classical trumpet repertoire he cultivates a passion for ancient instruments: the Baroque trumpet and the cornetto.
